This Marina Condominium Association consists of 86 slips, 50 slips on the Black River and 34 slips on the south shore of a basin. Most of these slips have a lawn area in front of them and parking adjacent to the slip. Many owners have built nice deck areas at the front of their slips. There is a community building on the grounds with shower and bath facilities for owners, renters and guests. The slips on the river are about 40 long, while those in the basin are 35 feet. Almost all slips are 15 feet wide or more.
